Peninsula
The Burrup Fertilisers ammonia plant is the first industrial development to be established on the Burrup Peninsula following the State Government's $200m infrastructure investment. Liquid ammonia is piped direct from the plant to the new jetty at the Port of Dampier.

The ammonia plant is the largest of its kind in the world, with a production capacity of 760,000 tonnes of liquid ammonia a year.
